"Hotel is in an ideal location with amazing views of the ocean. Alot of boat watching which was nice. The rooms were spacious. Also, besides their own onsite restaurant they are also close to many other restaurants to enjoy. Close to Pier 60, shops and to a small grocery store for convenience. And we loved that there are trollies that run all day to get you around town. Note- high traffic volumes during the day from 9am- 6pm. Took us 35 minutes to go 3 miles due to all of the incoming traffic. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would recommend for couples and for families. Staff was friendly as well."

"Breakfast was good but the room not so clean ..There was a strand of hair in the refrigerator and albeit it’s a roonI’ whete dogs are allowed, the carpet was sticky and so was the tile floors in the bathroom…Otherwise, people are kind and very nice..Plus location and breakfast were really good.."

"Nice property but will stay elsewhere next time. We stayed in a suite for a week. Room cleaning was average. Frontcheck- in was okay. Pool was full and the water seemed to need a lot of filtering. When we checked out, noone asked us how our stay was …. I was very underwhelmed with the stay "

"Transferred here after disappointment at Devon Shores just next door. This hotel was actually cheaper and a far higher standard. conveniently located for beach and dining the hotel also has a nice pool. The room was clean, spacious with sofa area.Cons were breakfast was poor but the $29 add on was way cheaper than paying for it individually. Bathroom could have been better maintained as the toilet tank was leaking causing frequent flushes during the night"

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that took away from the experience. The positives first. The room was clean, and the common areas of the hotel were generally well maintained. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly, polite, and professional. However, the hotel feels quite outdated, and that became noticeable during our stay. The AC unit is inside the room, and every time it turned on it was loud enough to wake us up throughout the night. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We booked an ocean-facing balcony, which should have been a highlight, and the view itself was nice. Unfortunately, our balcony was directly above rooftop HVAC units from the restaurant below, and the noise was constant and very distracting. It was loud enough that we couldn’t comfortably sit outside or have a normal conversation. On top of that, the roof below our balcony had visible debris and garbage, which really took away from the overall feel of the room and the price we paid. The most disappointing part was overhearing another couple nearby discussing what they paid for their room, which was about half of what we paid for what seemed like a very similar setup. That left us feeling like we significantly overpaid and took away from the overall value of the stay. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the noise issues, condition of the property, and pricing inconsistency made the experience frustrating and not worth the price we paid."
