As a first time visitor having a concierge available would have been helpful. "This is a lovely hotel in the middle of town and walkable to everything. The staff is beyond wonderful and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. The beds are comfortable and the linens are high quality. The robe and slippers were so nice. I highly recommend staying."
