"The biggest highlight is the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a lot of charm. Being a historic property gives it a unique character that's hard to find in newer hotels. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls and doors don't do much to block sound, and I could hear almost everything happening in the hallway. I'm a light sleeper and really value a quiet room, so this made it difficult to get a good night's...

I appreciated having a walk in shower, but it was more difficult to bathe small children. The indoor pool facility was very clean. Parking is via valet service only. The valets were awesome, but definitely increases the parking costs of your stay."
