Last night I checked in and it took him 45 minutes to get my things situated and then he tried to hold $100 more of my money on my debit card and then after I said never mind I'll check out he went down to $20...b I slept very well and was happy as could be until the manager or whoever he is started banging my door down this morning I exactly 11:00 screaming and yelling at me saying that I had to leave I told him that I apologize I accidentally overslept we were actually planning on staying another couple days. He proceeded to yell and scream at me and tell me to get out and come back later if I want but that I had to go right noe screaming and cussing at me like crazy. I was actually terrified for my safety he was insane.. he said he was going to come in the room and take my things and throw them outside. Mind you I have never had a conversation with this man was never rude to him as nothing but polite while crying my eyes out because he was being so meam.. I had the absolute worst expenseb that I've ever had with the hotel in my life I'm still shaking

So I accidentally booked this place again because Expedia doesn't show the actually reviews that you see on Yelp. It should a 3 1/2 start hotel. I didn't realize we were here before and like before the place is dirty. Like gross dirty hair and dirt everywhere. The shampoo was a half full bottle in the shower. The bed sheets have holes in them. At least this time there was not a fire detector that kept beeping, that because it had been removed and didn't exist. The tp dispenser rod also didn't exist. The noise was so bad I thought the window was open but it doesn't open. When we walked in it was so hot because the air was not on. We could not have sat there so we went to dinner. The fridge was one this time but had a giant ice block covering most the fridge and it wasn't really cold just enough I guess to keep things from spoiling. The pictures are not true there's no pool and no breakfast. The key card paper warned not to open the door unless you know the person knocking and to lock everything. That made us feel real comfortable. Do not stay here. It was a mistake the first time and was a mistake the second time. This place needs to be flagged as unlivable.

ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE THROUGH THE BULLET PROOF GLASS STANDING ON THE SIDEWALK OUTSIDE THE MOTEL OFFICE WITH THE CARETAKER, WHO HAD VERY LITTLE ENGLISH. WE LEFT AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT AND BOOKED A GOOD ROOM IN A SAFER PART OF TOWN. TRULY AWFUL FACILITY- TRAVELLERS LEAVING AVERAGE REVIEWS ARE DOING A GREAT DISSERVICE TO FELLOW ORBITZ USERS!!

PROPERTY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

The property was awful the room stank of mildew and mold. There were dead bugs on the floor hair in the tub stains on the shower curtain, as if bugs were being smashed with the shower, curtain holes and stains on the walls and the ceiling a door with a rickety Latch to keep the person next-door out of the room with a nasty chair in front of it with stains on it. Unsavory individuals who were allowed smoking some type of substance outside of the room next to the room I was given to. I sat outside in my car and called hotels.com to get a refund. Call the next day the manager of the property states that I was there about an hour and that he would only refund me one day because I was there for about an hour. I was not in the room for an hour. I was in the room for about four minutes to spray it down with alcohol and attempting to make it inhabitable. The remainder of the time I was in my car on the phone with a representative from hotels.com! The location was unacceptable, nasty vile smelling and unsavory, and unsafe for a single woman traveling alone! I will no longer be using hotels.com because of the fact that they allow properties like this to stay on their website and not give back refunds to individuals like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst place I have ever been. Dirty rooms.. The beds had crumbs on the sheets and hairs.. stains on a toilet from the people before.. no remote control for the TV.. planes flying over all night terrible night's sleep.. Don't ever stay here..

The exterior of the property is currently in very poor shape, sidewalks crumbling, street sign is completely fallen apart and missing, but the room inside was moderately nice. Sheets had holes and it took 3 pillows stacked to make the thickness of any standard pillow. The chair provided for the desk was far too low to use the desk for any period of time. The staff kept the room clean and made sure linens and towels were changed and clean regularly.

Hotel rooms need major renovations. Mold in bathroom, stains on sheets, peeling trim/wallpaper, poor housekeeping, list goes on. Only good thing I had to say was the mini fridge and air conditioning
