Here for your review:
Our stay was honestly very disappointing.
We arrived early because of a morning flight and understood that we might have to wait. However, the front desk told us housekeeping would be there around 8–9 a.m. and they could get a room ready for us. They also said we were first to arrive and would call us when it was ready.
We waited about six hours and never received a call. We were so exhausted that we ended up paying for a room at another hotel just to get some sleep. Around 2 p.m., we finally called them ourselves and were told our room was ready — even though they had said they would contact us. That lack of communication cost us extra money and was extremely frustrating.
Things didn’t improve during our stay. The front desk staff were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. Even though we requested no housekeeping, they kept knocking to clean the room and woke us up. Then on checkout day, someone knocked at 9 a.m. asking if we had already left, which woke us up again.
Overall, it felt disorganized and unprofessional. We expected much better.
