Nice hotel but the front desk person I interacted with (twice) was so unfriendly I felt like I needed to apologize to her for asking to check in. This is the hospitality business, friendliness is kind of the main thing.

It was disappointing to find out that the rooftop bar was closed. We returned from dinner early to to be able to go up and view the city but were unable to enjoy it. We booked a room on the executive level to be able to enjoy the executive lounge that was also closed.
