"Family friendly. Tammera Kay is the nicest person I’ve ever met. You don’t always see the friendliest staff in the hotel business but TK was so happy, cheerful, and helpful even me being an early riser at 5:30am coming to get coffee always saying good morning asking how the day before went. The breakfast was amazing different varieties each morning. Beds were comfortable, best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel next time we visit Nashville and look...

The staff from the front desk to the bartenders shuttle drivers cleaning crew everyone was so kind and accommodating. The made order breakfast was awesome and actually had real plates coffee mugs silverware not paper or plastic. I would highly recommend this place . I know I'll be back! "
