"This was a great place to stay while visiting Nashville for the first time. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The rooms are also very nice, clean and allowed us to have some good night's sleep. The location is also very nice. It's on the east side, so it's a nice quiet area, but very close to all the great places on the east side, and not so far from the downtown, which you can get with a five-minute Uber/Lift. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which meant long waits. We were also told by staff that the restaurant was open, but after making our way there, we found it was actually closed. That was frustrating, especially after planning around it.
