We spent five nights at the Comfort Inn Suites March 2026 Pros: The check-in process was efficient, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Its location is excellent, making it convenient for our needs. The pool was inviting, and the restaurant provided enjoyable dining with quality food. The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast buffet and free access to Atlantis were valuable perks. Cons: The hallways had a persistent musty odor, and the water pressure in the rooms was consistently poor. On three occasions, the water stopped entirely while I was showering, requiring a five-minute wait for service to resume. One morning, there was no water available to shower or brush our teeth before departing for a scheduled excursion. Although I contacted the front desk, they merely apologized and did not offer an alternative solution, such as access to another room for showering. Fortunately, we had bottled water to brush our teeth. Upon checkout, I requested to speak with a manager and received a $100 credit as compensation; however, I felt this amount did not fully address the inconvenience experienced.

Rooms were not "recently upgraded". Old TVs with bad reception. Room needed paint job. Beds were comfortable, cleaning staff did well. Breakfast was so so. Affordable and easy access to Atlantis.

The staff was excellent! The breakfast was very tasty. However there was a smell in the hotel hallways. Other than that, we will stay there again.

Clean and friendly place to stay. We enjoy the quiet atmosphere after spending time at Atlantis. We like the free breakfast. We disintegrate have dinner there this time but have in the past and always very good. Plumbing is old and could use updates. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We had issues with our shower water. I spoke with front desk who advised they would send someone to review but issue seemed to get worse. If it wasn’t ice cold, there was no running water at all. Very disappointed and video to show our experience.

It’s good value for those on a budget hoping to take advantage of access to Atlantis but after a 9 night stay, we found the process to get wristbands tedious some days where it would take over an hour of lining up to get wristbands (pro tip- go early and sign your waivers online on the day of to save time and can show a picture of your ID so you don’t need to bring it along). Some of the things in the hotel were not in working condition but were all fixed relatively quickly (the safe took about 2 days to get properly fixed, the hair dryer didn’t work but they provided a new one, the light in the bathroom went out, the washing machines on the side of the building we were staying in were out of order), required 2 requests before they brought up a microwave in our room and the service at cruesoe’s restaurant usually take 1.5-2 hours per meal so plan accordingly. That said the food at cruesoe’s is delicious and pricing is reasonable. Overall not a bad stay and excellent value. I found little things annoying but tolerable. Try to get a room in the building on the left because closer to all amenities (pool, restaurant, stairs/ ramp you’d take to get to Atlantis, working washer and dryer).

1st time in the Bahamas. Our room was clean with a nice sitting area. Water pressure in the bathroom was not great at times. Nice swim up pool bar. Free breakfast was nice. Washers and dryers located on 3rd floor was convenient, cost $1.50 per load. Very close to the Atlantis which was pur reason for staying. Which that there were balconies to ait on but not a deal breaker.

Problems from beginning to end. First 3 days we didn't have hot water. I informed the front desk each time we left the room for the day with the promise it would be fixed but wasn't until day 3. We tried the on site restaurant the first night but waited over an hour for food. Then the second to last night we had issues with the toilet not flushing and found BLOODWORMS in the toilet tank. Called down and they sent someone to clean it and fix the flushing mechanism but the next day the worms were back. I went and talked to the front desk who finally offered to move us but it getting the last night I asked for them to just clean the toilet and tank again. I was promised some sort of compensation for the issue but so far nothing. Overall a poor experience.

We had a very good stay at Comfort Suites. The room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was very nice and clean. Access to Atlantis is a big plus. We have stayed at Comfort Suites in the past and would definitely stay again in the future.

Dated and I wish the beds were more comfortable but appreciate the opportunity to use Atlantis without paying the cost. I do wish we didn’t haven’t to do daily wristbands and CS went back to length of stay wristbands for Atlantis.

There was a smell in the room that was unbearable. Other than that, everything was very good. No other complaints. If the smell wasn't there, I would have rated everything much higher

Hotel really needs a renovation and there was a horrible sewage smell coming from the first floor by the kitchen. Laundry service was convenient and the location to the Atlantis was good. The pool was freezing (not heated) so best to go later in March or else you won’t be able to swim. Daily breakfast was good but the resort has some serious cleanliness issues

Customer service was good. Issues with odor, cockroaches and other bugs in the room and lack of cleanliness in the room.

The room itself was nice, clean. The air conditioning unit was very loud, the water temperature would fluctuate often. The toilet started leaking but that was quickly fixed. The door was difficult to close and housekeeping left it ajar 2 days in a row. The breakfast was good and the access to Atlantis was the reason we booked it.
