No frills smart option for families! 5 min walk to Marina, 13 to royal lobby, 20 to dolphin cay even with a stroller. Breakfast was pretty good - loved the corned beef hash. Perfect to start the day with kiddos Crusoes is less expensive than resort dining and honestly the food was amazing - especially conch fritters and even the chicken ceasar. Mojito was refreshing after a day of oversweetened tumbler drinks Non crowded pool with swim up bar was a nice bonus Staff was talkative and my toddler absolutely loved saying hello to everyone Housekeeping was friendly and attentive. There were a couple of days where the timing didn’t work out because we have little kids and we’re coming back to the room late afternoon right when they are getting to us, but they still made sure that we had towels and enough water. After previously staying at the other hotels in Atlantis I was worried about booking this one but I would do it again. Well maintained grounds and honestly the rooms were less problematic noise / humidity wise than the Coral.

Beds were comfortable, room all together not thay great, no water pressure, balcony door, very hard to open. I would say only 40% of staff her friendly. Expedia offered a total of $150USD food credit, and it took over an hoir to sort it out with the manager because they did not want to honor it. The houee keeping lady at the front very rude. And at the bar, they were not nice wither, Expedia gave us a voucher for 4 free drinks and once they seen I had that coupon thwir attitude changed like they were not interest in taking my order. The day pass to Atlantis was a plus. The breakfast area was not very clean, and took awhile to restock items when finished. Also birds flying everywhere, right on the table you are eating at. And the stairs/hallways had a very unpleasant smell.

Only flaw was the tv in the room was showing pixelated resolution which made it hard to really watch when coming back to the room. And audio was acting up every now and then.

Wasnt as nice as expected. The hallways smelled of urine and sweaty socks. The breakfast was not very good. The water pressure in the shower kept going out.

This stay was the best! The property was really nice and the room was adequate. The thing thay made my stay amazing was the staff. They were friendly, courteous and Calvin at the front desk was the bomb dot come!!! Calvin made our stay extra special and we're already looking at book8ng another trip in the summer.

Excellent stay at Comfort Suites Paradise Island! Our family stayed in connecting rooms 593 and 595. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff—especially Vernita and Evaquiline. Perfect location just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and Atlantis. Loved the free Atlantis access for our entire stay and the delicious breakfast. As an Expedia VIP member, we received discounted restaurant vouchers, free drinks, and welcoming cookies. No hidden or extra costs—just a cash security deposit that was returned immediately at checkout. Great value! Will be back 👍

A great way to save a bundle over the neighboring Atlantis megaplex, unless you want a hot shower. Shower water would not get hot. Was nice to be able to use all the Atlantis amenities, like their fitness center, as long as you're willing to make that walk.

Breakdown of trip. Hotel check in and staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was great in relationship to walking to and from. Property and room were clean. Room cleaning was done each day proficiently. Our room needs updating. Shower was an old tub, probably original with property. Shower head and water pressure were terrible. Toilets were fine if a short...and I mean very short legged person. Beds were average at best as far as mattress. I had to sleep on the couch for better comfort. The property has a "Punch Party" 3 days during the week. Nice thought but 30 minutes and they are done. Breakfast each day was fine and the staff were accommodating. The location in relationship to the Atlantis property and use of this property is a nice perk if that's what you're there for. I/We were there to watch golf. (KFT season opening). Overall, a middle of the road rating for the intended purpose of our stay.

TV doesn’t work properly. Called to fix it, but unfortunately I waited too long for the repair man to return to fix it. In the end, I called the front desk to cancel the fix because I only have to stay one more night before checking out. The drain in the bathtub doesn’t work properly either. It drained so slowly I became frustrated when taking the shower. I told the room service (cleaning) lady and she got the work done. Thanks to her for this. Staff are very helpful and attentive. The building, especially the drainage system needs to be upgraded.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the location was conveniently close to Atlantis, the marina, and the bridge and ferry to Nassau. The only reasons I can’t give 5 stars is that the room had a very strong mildew smell 3 days out of 6 and there was a power outage (that apparently was scheduled on the second last day - I was told that I must have received notification by letter under my door that morning, but I did not see a letter)
