"The decor was very warm and welcoming....the receptionist was very accommodating. However the fact that homeless are sleeping/storing their things in the corner of the building was very unsettling and the side door was very accessible to anybody to walk in without a key on the first floor...i moved my car in front of building bc i didn't want to come out in the dark with homeless people staying beside the building. "

"Staff very friendly and accommodating our requests. Room clean, had what we needed just to sleep in.older hotel but in good condition. Breakfast was good and topped up when we asked for a restock. Only due to early rises using a lot of it. Would stay again. "

"Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!"

"I love the fact that this hotel helps the homeless. It is a very unique hotel. Very pretty. Our third floor sky light room was cute, a little tight but still very nice. Wish I would have known there was no elevator and that we were on the third floor, I would have requested a ground or second floor room. It was nice, however, that they do have an elevator for your luggage. That helped! Also the complimentary champagne and snacks and water were a very nice touch! "

"Traveling back to Michigan from Florida and decided to stay the night in Nashville, TN. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s about a 20-25 min walk to downtown from the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was great and had a good variety. Will definitely visit again. "
