"Quiet and comfortable"

"We loved our stay at Plaza. The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. We enjoyed the view from the 15th floor. We parked our car in the garage and everything we needed was close and walkable. The themed floors added to the ambiance."

"The property appeared to be very nice and clean when I first arrived but first appearances can be deceiving. I got to my room and it was dusty, we're talking able to doodle on the furniture dusty. Then when it was time for bed, there was a blood stain along with hair on the sheet! Ewe! The manager on duty wanted me to change the sheets and was only willing to waive the first night fee of the 30 dollar resort fees! Plus the restaurant Hannah's table manager and server were rude! "There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was so old that the springs were sagging and every time one of us moved the other one moved. The breakfast was old granola bars and coffee that was terrible. The only ice machine is in the lobby and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. The parking lot didn’t have enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were there. We were told to park across the street at the casino’s free parking."

"Over all experience was terrible, from the moment I walked in. The guy at the front desk directed me to a kiosk to check in virtually… so I wondered why he was even there.. at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars. When asked about the cost he couldn’t give me a straight answer. And we went back and forth until I was able to pull up Expedia receipt, at which point he just took the xtra charge off and ignored my question about why he was trying to...

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."
