"Rooms were very small and for a booking of 4 only 2 mini bottles of water was left out. Beds were small and i had to pay for parking even though i was a guest. "

"The hotel is very clean, my room was spacious and really comfortable, staff were very professional, and the breakfast was really good with continental options at the buffet. I loved that there was a Jamaican breakfast option prepared to order. Nice rooftop dining was a vibe! Only cons are getting to the parking lot was tricky with the really close corners and tiny spots. And the pool…or lack there of was disappointing. It’s more for esthetics than practical use. Didn’t have a lounging vacation...

"Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either."

"My overall trip was good. I have stayed at the Terra Nova on several occasions and it had always been immaculate, however I noticed a few flaws on this trip. The window curtains had a few ring top hooks missing which caused some parts of the curtains to hang loose preventing full closure. Some of the chairs in the lobby could use some upholstering and the pool is never available for the guests to use because there’s always a private function taking place on property. Otherwise a good stay. "

And the house keeper they were very friendly and helpful even down to the remote for the Telly they help me and my brother, I didn’t get the chance to take them properly but next time. "

"The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. I'll recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet place away from home for a couple of days"
