"We thought the food was excellent. It was presented in a very professional and appetizing manner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the grounds which contained mature mango trees and beautiful native plants and flowers. The fitness center was well equipped and was a welcome amenity. We will be happy to stay there in the future and would like to see the re-establishment of the game room."

Unfortunately, my goddaughter’s shoes, which we brought from the USA, went missing from our room during our stay. We reported the incident, but the shoes were never returned. This was very disappointing and left us concerned about the security of our belongings. I hope the hotel will investigate incidents like this and improve its procedures to ensure guests’...
