"I was so impressed with the Shangri-la. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Air Conditioning was so good after being out on the heat. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful you really did feel at home and looked after. Everyone was super friendly. Loved how the golf cart could drive us up to the restaurants or stopped to pick us up when passing. The fire show was fantastic. We tried all the restaurants, they were...

"All meals superb most staff members super friendly some days happy hour was not good , one tender trying their best to cope with onslaught of demand . I was upgraded from garden view to ocean view because of neighbours from hell !!! So instead of management confronting these troublemakers they moved me to another Bure , overall worth the 95 minutes shuttle time from Nadi Airport "
