"Need to update the breakfast, make hot foods more fresh."

"Prices seemed inflated for the area. Definitely not worth $250 per night cost. Reason checking prices in other hotels in area lower priced with what appeared same amenities. The breakfast was typical for a included breakfast nothing out of the ordinary compared to other hotels. Breakfast staff where great. Front desk great. If you go try their own brand of cookies. Very good"

"We love being downtown and near restaurants, the ferry, etc. And the staff were wonderful. But our fourth-floor window was dirty, making the view of the harbor not so fun. We struggled to get the luggage cards into the elevator bay and even into the room, because of doorway/floor level bumps. Everything else okay."

"Room was ok carpets were stained (blood even) - bedding and linens have to be 20+ years old - just replace and add some fresh paint - replace carpet with some flooring !"

"Everything was lovely and the staff always very helpful. The room size was perfect and it did have air conditioning which, wherever we have been, is a little noisy but you get used to it. The roof garden was lovely too for a late night drink."

They were patient with us and checked in with us to let us know that he had arrived at the hotel. Thank you for going the other extra mile, and for giving us the ease of mind in knowing that our loved one was safe and well taken care of."

"Beautiful older property. I would love the bathroom to have more cloths hooks or a place to put a toiletries bag. (1st world problems) The staff were all top rate. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location too!!"

"Hotel was in a convenient location and we found parking easily. Front desk lady spoke aggressively as we tried to use the self check in feature. No frills here but no complaints either. Pillows were lovley. We did not have breakfast but hear it's great. Wouldn't be my first choice to return to but nothing wrong here at all."
