"I bought a new pillow...the pillows were awful. Flat. The hot tub jets did not work. It was hot and clean. The screen was broken out of our window. Breakfast was fantastic! Many extras! The king size bed was the size of a queen size. Staff was wonderful! Needs some updates"

"I arrived with a confirmed reservation for an accessible room. They had none. I was offered an upgrade to a jacuzzi room. I can’t get in a bathtub, so a jacuzzi wouldn’t help. There is a great deal of wear and shabbiness. The hall rug is very worn. The toilet is as low as the oldest restaurant I know. The toilet paper is high behind the left shoulder while sitting. Breakfast had no bananas. Only milk was 1%.
Positively, the bed was comfortable and low enough so I could sit on it. The gentleman...
