"The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location, the longest walk we had was 20 minutes at most. The staff was all very friendly, room was modern clean and had a great view. Just wish pillows were a little firmer. Pleasantly surprised with the options available at the complimentary breakfast. We will most definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. "

Prior to arriving, the concierge reached out to see if any accommodations were needed and the service was 10/10 from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. Clean room, friendly staff, and in a convenient location for shopping. We also enjoyed dining during happy hour at Le Bar. I will definitely book Sofitel on my next visit to Chicago. "
