"The hotel is on hills, far from Sorrento. The schedule of hotel shuttles are limited and it’s a big problem to get to city. The hotel itself is good, the location is the problem."

"What a hidden gem this hotel was! Nice clean comfy room, and the view over the bay of Naples was absolutely spectacular. Staff friendly and helpful, restaurant had a good choice, and was an easy bus ride onto town if wanted to eat at the any local restaurants. Will definitely be returning."

Ils sont venus nous expliquer comment fonctionne le spa à 22:30. La piscine est superbement entretenue. Les jardins sont agréables et magnifiques. Le seul tout petit bémol, l’étanchéité de la douche n’est plus, et la porte de la salle de bain a, de ce fait, gonflé en bas. Un des bouton du spa a été recollé mais...

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"Treated us right and room was ample for 4 guest. There is a back entrance (stairs of course), but it’s a shorter route than what Google Maps originally showed us from the port. Porter from the port took our bags straight to the hotel (at a cost of $10 euros per bag). Well worth it; almost a necessity. Hotel staff was friendly and I would definitely go there again. Rooms smelled amazing."
