"Stairs to the rooms were quite steep but the room was great. Comfortable bed and lovely to have fresh milk and homemade cookies. Unfortunately the shower could do with some attention as water was really slow to run away.Good selection at breakfast, staff were friendly and very accommodating. Could do with either cleaning or replacing the carpet on stairs and landing as it’s very stained and does them no favours in terms of appearance. Overall great stay and would recommend."

Slept well, though the radiators were rather hot and I didn’t know how to turn them down. Evening food delicious but morning breakfast could have been better; toast came out cold. Breakfast is slightly weird in that it’s not a self-serve, you get drinks brought to you from the options you circled on a menu from the previous night. Parking was easy but...

"The staff were so kind and helpful. Even though it was close to the rail station and on a busy street we had no problems sleeping. It was actually quieter than my home. The bedding and mattress were very comfortable. Bathroom was adequate. Could have used some countertop area in the bathroom for toiletries. The breakfast was tasty. Definitely seriously consider accommodation ."

"Had a decent stay. Bed was not very comfortable though. Staff were polite. Food was just okay. Probably not stay again due to the fact on my day of departure, I practically had to walk over all the clean bedding and towels for the next guests because they had been placed on the floor outside my room and on the stairs that everyone uses to get to and from the rooms. Everything should have all been in a clean laundry bag."
