"My family and I stayed at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort for 4 nights, and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations.
Check-in was delayed until about 5:30–6:00 PM, and we were initially given the wrong room. I booked a beach-view room but received one overlooking the pool and palm trees. Management said they could not move us until the next day.
I do want to recognize Smith, Onika, and Raheem for their help and excellent customer service.
The room was clean, but the two full-size...
