Hotel murah di Nettlebed

"We arrived tired after a very long walk and whilst not particularly coherent, the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. We felt like locals within 5 minutes (especially from Jonathan) and cannot thank the team enough for how easy they made our stay. We plan to return for dinner when more awake so we can fully enjoy the setting, menu and atmosphere. Thank you so much to all the team for being so accommodating!"

"Really impressed with this hotel Shower room well maintained and cleaned spotlessly . Staff so helpful. Breakfast was all you could as for. One thing..Our booking was for 2 rooms which we booked at the same time. When we got to the hotel one room was on the ground floor the other 2nd floor. Both rooms had an Interconnecting door to the room next to it.it would have been nice if they had put us together on the same floor.made no sence to split us up but that honestly is the only thing"

"The shower thermostat in my room did not work properly. It would not cool the water and was extremely hot. I told the reception when I left as I was only staying one night and only discovered the problem in the morning. It was inconvenient as I could not shower properly."

"Love the environment and style of the hotel. Breakfast is not included but worth the price. They have buffet continental breakfast as well as freshly cooked ordered by yourself ！ Lots of parking slots. Quiet and clean hotel, good stay!"

"Started pretty bad at checkin and only got worse from there. I would never stay here again and do not recommend. They were having an issue with another customer and staff were clearly quite stressed - making my check in rather awkward and no information given. I had to ask in which direction to go for my room. Boiling hot room with a fan to only cool it down - windows didn’t open. Lack of plugs near the desk meant trying to do some work on my laptop impossible unless I sat on the floor, or the...

"Beds were terrible we had 2 single twins so not comfortable i woke up on the first night with awful back ache like never before I could of cired when I woke up. My mum has fibro all her bones where hurting her when she got up they put extra mattress topper on but didn't make any better I had to sleep in the chair that was more comfortable when complaining the lads didn't understand it was the manager we will not be staying at hilton hotel again it was very disappointing"
