"We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress."

"Very clean. Lobby and rooms smelled good. Had a nice fire pit we enjoyed for a few hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Room was smelling really bad, walls' paint in the room is pealing off, sink in the restroom had been broken, I had to remove the drain plug from the sink with my fingers, it wasn't attached to anything and just there to prevent water from draining. Morning was frustrating for the stuff because kitchen wasn't working, no breakfast was available. "

"Property was not clean, breakfast was non existent except for cold coffee. Staff were never available and did not have amenities when asked. Stairwells and elevator were filthy. "

"There was a hole in the bathroom door, the microwave didn’t work and the tv color was off but the room was surprisingly quiet, staff was nice and the hotel was in a good location even if the hotel itself looked a bit dumpy"

"Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. "

"The room had stains. The fridge froze everthing in it. The carpet throughout the hotels was stained and buckled. Dangerous for people with balance issues."

"Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and jacuzzi was nice. Came for a concert and got sick and ended up staying in the room and ordering food."

"Overall the hotel is nice! The staff was friendly, everything was very clean, but the beds absolutely suck. They are so hard and by the 2nd night my back was hurting so bad. Definitely needs softer beds. Other than that, I have no complains regarding the hotel! "
