"Everything was amazingly clean. Staff were incredibly helpful despite my difficult needs as a guest. Lots of construction going on so hoping to see how amazing it looks the next time we stay! Breakfast bar was delicious and filling and included in the stay. They care about dietary restriction and it shows in their breakfast bar options :)"

"Very modernized,bright hotel in a fabulous location. Room was huge (corner room, had all the right amenities, huge soaker tub and huge walk in shower, 2 sinks in the bathroom). Only thing we weren't crazy about were the taps and shower handles. Took us a while to figure out how to use them. Everything is modernized and controlled by switches. Parking was easy, fabulous hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay again!"

"What an amazing stay! From the fantastic check-in with Gabriel to the location everthing was perfect for our trip. We would definitely return. The room was clean, updated with remote controls to everything in the tablet next to your bed. I could go on and on about the Fairmount Pacific Rim...try it for yourself! Vancouver is so beautiful and worth a visit!"

"I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and it doesn't disappoint. It's in a very convenient location and the in room jacuzzi is a major bonus. Staff were friendly and the room was clean."

"I was traveling solo and chose a shared bathroom for the cheaper price. The room was the perfect size for me and no issues with the shared bathroom as there was still an option to use a hallway bathroom if the shared bathroom was in use. I have started to travel with my own tea amenities so I enjoyed having a bar fridge for my milk and leftovers :)"

"Property is in Gastown which has plenty of food and drink options. The property itself is recently renovated and incredibly clean. The check in process was very straightforward and the room was to a high standard with an incredibly comfy bed! The staff were friendly and super helpful when we needed to reach out with some questions. They very extremely accommodating when it came to looking after our luggage before our flight home. Highly recommend!"
