"Parking was not good. When we arrived, especially as we had a passenger who was in a wheelchair, we got originally go find parking. They finally helped but it was not expected to have to demand help with parking. Then we paid in advance in full. When leaving, they added resort fee of $15 a night and because we used our credit card, we had a convenience fee added without notification. Mostly likely not stay again. Dining room was excellent. "

"Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Anytime one of them saw us in passing on the property, they would check on us or ask if we needed anything. The restaurant is also delicious, with a nice salad bar with plenty of options. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ample parking around the property. "

"Easy to get to, good parking, felt safe, etc. Staff was always helpful, smiling, friendly. Helped with switching rooms because of A/C-heating unit not working, no issues with complimentary breakfast. "

"So I was a bit ditsy upon arrival because I couldn’t find the garage lol but the garage is actually attached to the building. I loved that. I love the security and the privacy. This place I will stay every time I come to Memphis. It’s close to everything including restaurants and even Beale street. The river is a quick walk as well. "Room had 1 small chair and 1 table..definitely not designed for guest comfort. Almost appeared to be specifically designed to not be comfortable for guests and to purposely direct the guest to move to the attached casino as quickly and as often as possible. We were also told that room cleenup would not be available during our stay. The room was 144.00 per night make your own judgement."

"For an establishment that calls itself a resort it was horrible. We showed up earlier than check in time to verify the reservation and when we showed up to check in we had to wait 20 minutes. They should have had our room ready. Additionally there were zero amenities in the room. Nothing in the bathroom for showering, and not even an ice bucket. No refrigerator, no microwave, and the hallway on the 3rd floor leaked as it rained. I would advise people to avoid this place and book elsewhere....

"The hotel is showing its wear and tear bathrooms. Weren’t all that clean. There was never enough hot water. I couldn’t even fill up the bathtub to take a bath the usual muffins juice something like that but the best part is that the staff is just unbelievably helpful I couldn’t find my phone after we left and we came back to get it and the girls went and looked everywhere for me.
