We loved our room with a beautiful view of the church and a very comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Our quick trip to Santa Fe was just what we had hoped. "The hot morning breakfast was great! It saved us a lot of time in the morning before heading out for the day. There was enough variety to keep everyone happy. The room was extremely clean- but was one of the rooms that had not been updated yet. Still nice and well maintained but had a dusty smell that comes with carpeted hotel rooms. "The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "

"It IS unique but it is NOT a "boutique gem" as advertised. The staff was apathetic and incompetent. This hotel is in a state of SERIOUS disrepair. The handicap ramp was freshly painted and had caution tape strung across it on day 2 of my stay. The keypad lock is impossible to see at night because there is no lighting that illuminates that area. The floor & rug of the HOPI unit were not thoroughly swept & vacuumed-there were pieces of paper, string, and fuzz on the floor behind the chairs. The...
