The made-to-order breakfast was lovely (although some of the servers can be non-attentive), the lobby is well-appointed and comfortable, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the outdoor pool is heated to 82 degrees so despite chilly air it is still warm enough for a swim. "Great location blocks from the plaza . Room was clean . Happy hour option was nice & valet guys specifically were very polite and friendly . Much nicer than any Drury in our town, would definitely stay again . Only thing I wish the basic rooms had was windows that would open for some fresh air . "

"The pictures on the website did not at all show what the room was really like. We had a room in the casita with a patio. The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. "

"The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "

The valet isn’t a true valet, you’ll need to go get your own car and walk with luggage to the garage to get your own car. We loved our stay. Lovely place and area. "

"Hotel accepted pets on expedia but policy had changed to service dogs only. Staff was kind enough to let us stay. It was a beautiful room and patio, but we had ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they let us park and walk to town...about 20 minutes. "
