"The shower walls had not been wiped down in quite some time. Soap and shampoo residue was obvious. There was an area on the floor in front of the sink was slippery like it had an oil residue. Those were my only complaints. The room was cozy and stylish. They made my bed and refreshed towels daily which I really enjoyed. The staff were all very nice except for one gentleman. "Grenoble House is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything to be practical, far enough to avoid the noise of Bourbon. The hot tub was a must have and the fully loaded kitchen was a great touch - though we ate at local spots our whole stay. Our room was clean and spacious and we would definitely comeback if we made it to NOLA again. "

"On street parking only but there were spots open close to entrance. This is a small boutique style hotel. No front desk or on-site staff. You let yourself in with a code provided in a text prior to arrival. There is a small kitchen area where you can make a pot of coffee if you like. Room was upstairs. It was small with very small bath but was clean and bed was comfortable. Our room had a portable a/c unit which worked well - not sure if that was due to a/c malfunction, or if it is a...

"I had an absolutely amazing experience at the JW Marriott New Orleans on Canal Street. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location is perfect right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the vibrant culture, music, and cuisine New Orleans is famous for. Definitely recommend it "

"We paid for early check in for noon and weren’t able to access until after 2pm but then locked out again until 4pm. There were no sheets blankets for sofa sleeper…didn’t feel like we got what we paid for or expected "
