"Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff."

"First time in New Orleans and this hotel was perfect. Very elegant and centrally located to everything you want to do in the French Quarter. Only downside is the rooms are on the smaller side but everything about this hotel was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I visit"

"I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints!! It’s a beautiful, charming yet updated hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the bathroom is modern. The courtyard is beautiful, the pool is very nice. And of course the location can’t be beat!! It is my absolute favorite place to stay. Parking is on site and reasonable for the area. The front desk and valet staff have always been very friendly. Very cool, historical NOLA vibe!!"

"There were several instances where I had to constantly call to verify that our room would be cleaned. The first night, no one came to clean the room despite calling the front desk and getting “next” on the room clean. When they finally came, they only replaced towels and made the bed. Sheets were not changed, there were still water marks on surfaces that we were told were “clean.” The iron and ironing board were still out. Trash was not cleared out of the room. "This hotel was beautiful! A group of us came in for a wedding for Memorial Day weekend, and last minute this hotel came up. I decided to cancel my other hotel & go with this and I'm glad i did! It's a stunning hotel & perfect location. 2 out of the 3 rooms were suites, so we had windows off Saint Charles/canal. Only minor downfall was it can be loud at night, but that's expected. Staff was okay, the guys from the door don’t even bother helping with the door when i trying so hard with my luggages, the hotel looks disgusting the moment we enter the lobby smells bad, carpet so dirty and smells really bad. On the 11th floor there’s a stinky smell. Our room looks really old dirty carpet, smells bad, not what i was expecting for the price i paid. Breakfast was expensive. Never booking with them again."
