"Gorgeous boutique hotel with fantastic updates that also keep the charm and history of a French Quarter building. Beautifully decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is very close to Bourbon Street, so there is quite a bit of noise, especially at night. I sleep with earplugs anyway, but I know the hotel does offer them if needed. Courtyard is fantastic and has plenty of seating. Would definitely stay at The Celestine again when in the French Quarter."

"This is an old, quaint hotel. That being said, our room was extremely musty (poor air quality). We stayed for two nights. Upon check out, I went to tidy up after we packed our belongings and I discovered that I had been sleeping on a pillow case that was extremely filthy on the other side. The staff was friendly enough, the location was good, but I would not stay here again."

"I love that this property was in the middle of everything but far enough away from the craziness. The property itself was very pretty and very well maintained and staff was wonderful. Will definitely return if coming back to New Orleans!"

"The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. "

"When I arrived my code for the door didn’t work but they very quickly sent me a new one. The location is perfect. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt safe and very clean. The studio had everything we needed they even supplied the little details like salt pepper shampoo body wash conditioner, it stayed super cool and they even provided a fan."

"It was close to Bourbon Street, so good for the entertainment. A little loud for sleeping. My room was very nice, but the rugs need a good vacuum. The showers great, lots of hot ware and good spray. Parking in town is very expensive, forget the car. You can walk, take a bus or street car most places."
