"We really enjoyed our stay at Tropical Suites at Sunglow Resort! The location was incredibly convenient, with a 7-Eleven just across the street and Crabby Joe’s restaurant within walking distance. It was so nice to enjoy a few drinks, have a great time, and safely walk back to our room without worrying about driving. "Check-in was super easy, and the room was decently cleaned. Great location convenient to a lot of places. No issues there. The murphy bed was uncomfortable, and our refrigerator didn’t work after we bought groceries. The property referred us to an after hours number that didn’t help at all. We figured out how to fix it ourselves after a lot of researching. The property didn’t seem to be concerned because they didn’t write back again until the next day and never came to check on it. "Amazing staff. All I encountered were friendly, honest, helpful and caring. Rooms were clean, offered alot for cooking and food making. Balcony was good size and good view. Pool is larger than most places and well kept by staff. easy and safe parking even during Bike week. Only "issue" i'd say confidently is the beds. One was very stiff while the other was, the couch pullout, very rough due to the springs in it making sleep tough to achieve comfortably and consistently."
