The ice machine was broke. On our floor but everything else was amazing

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
Only 1 elevator operated during breakfast times. The one elevator never came. They have 6 elevators and they worked at 11am for checking out. They could also use more sitting area in the lobby area. Everything is was great.
