Front desk was very friendly. A man named Mohammad who allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade. Very helpful and accommodating so would recommend this hotel. The rates are pretty good and you are close to Penn station which is easy to get uptown or downtown to all the tourist spots. ...

Tiny rooms like a cruise ship. Beds on platform against window require either inside sleeper to get out of bed and step down from platform or crawl over partner.
