"We are a family of four staying in the city visiting friends and seeing a few shows. It’s a well decorated boutique hotel in a great area upper west side - close to everything including subway and a cute bakery across the street for coffee in the morning. And very comfortable beds."

This was a big ordeal for the hotel (they had to "escalate it" to upper management to get it approved) because I had booked through Expedia instead of directly with the hotel. "From the moment you enter the doors of The Quin, you know you are in for a treat. Check-in was a breeze. There is a refreshing beverage awaiting you in the club room if you arrive during the day.
