"Amazing location! Also, the amenities such as the espresso machine or the refillable water bottles were very nice touches! I had read that some people said the room sizes were small but I found them to be quite sizable for a midtown hotel and comfortable overall (our party had both standard and terrace rooms). The front of house was so nice and very helpful. Would stay here again in a second!!"

"I enjoyed the breakfast options and, as a tea drinker, I greatly appreciated that the hot water did not come out of a container that previously held coffee (which ruins the taste of tea). "This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and renovated. My room was small but it was plenty for the one night we stayed. We popped in to town to see Christmas lights, shop and eat for the day and this hotel was close enough to everything including transportation. I would definitely stay again in the future."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
