We booked three rooms for our group for an overnight stay due to a fight cancellation. We were so impressed with the hotel location the facility considering the price is so affordable. The staff was really courageous, letting us store our luggage prior to checking in time and also help us with directions to the local area. We will definitely stay here again when we visit New York.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient from start to finish. The hotel’s location was quiet yet ideal for getting around, which made it easy to relax while still being close to everything I needed. Breakfast was good with a nice choice. The only downside was that the rooms were on the smaller side, but for a short stay it wasn’t a major issue.

The staff was rude and complete disappointment in customer service. I don’t recommend this hotel for a budget motel. It’s a cheap imitation and that’s saying a lot. The staff needs to be trained. My customer service from the very beginning absolute abysmal.

Wonderful location and welcoming staff. Room was clean and had just what you needed for an overnight stay. The hotel held our bags after we checked out so we could go to a show. I would definitely stay again!

Room is very clean, carpet looks like it should be replaced. The toilet wouldn’t flush-I took the lid off and fixed it! And the sink drain is very slow. The front desk guy, Eric was very nice and directed us to a good pizza spot.

Very convenient location, was also affordable. Time square and most theater halls are within walking distance. The rooms are small but comfortable and suffice for sightseeing. We had an enjoyable stay here and would book here again if returning to NY.

When we arrive, we didn't get a happy greeting and then when we got to the room, we just knew that it was large enough to host some guess if they were to come over. It looks like we have to take it to the hallway that's how small the rooms were. We stayed at other Comfort Inns and they had room in there, but this was our first New Year's Eve close to Time Square, but we were in NEW YORK they do nothing small but now I see different. We will not be back to this hotel, but you wouldn't worry about me you have other that might have love it there but not ME. Have a HAPPY NEW YEAR

Habitacion llegamos y la sabanas rotas , blankets manchadas , sucias toda la ropa de la cama, con pelos , mattress pads amarillos Manchados , reportamos al front desk y vino la supervisora quien nos atendio y le mostramos todos los problemas en la habitacion. Espejo partido el frame arriba y abajo , mildew en el baño, el double bracket del shower vacio le faltaba el shampoo y esta con mildew. La lotion que estaba en el single bracket vacio. La oval tray donde pusieron el jabon el shower cap y los 2 shampoo pequeño esta con scratches y en malas condiciones. Pesima Room condition. Frente al elevator y la puerta de entrada de la habitacion aparece los huecos y aun los tornillos de un antiguo cuadro o adorno que quitaron. Breakfast puede esta mejor si al menos la tostadora funcionara se ve que es antigua y solo funciona una de sus partes, lo que hace que se forme una fila y el espacio es super pequeño, la mantequilla durisima la podian poner al menos fuera del refri la noche antes para que amanezca mejor , el microondas esta para desechar todo quemado , descascarado. La chica que atiende el desayuno muy gentil cuando le comente el tema de los equipos me dijo que los habian ordenado, al menos trata de dejar bien la gerencia. Con un poco de interes la propiedad puede recibir mejores reviews ya que es un Hotel bonito esta en buena zona . Cabe señalar que se nos ofrecio movernos hacia otra habitacion pero preferimos quedarnos en esta que ya habiamos cambiado toda la ropa de cama .
