Our first check-in was a pleasant experience. Even though our room was not available they offered us a temporary room so we could get ready for our show. Then we moved to our proper room on our return.

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
The front desk staff and our check-in were outstanding. Gracious and welcoming. We used to stay at the millennium often 30 years ago. Our experience this time was good. The room was clean and well appointed and the bed very comfortable, although the hotel does look like it was last renovated 30 years ...

Lotte New York Palace
classic an beautiful hotel. rooms, however, are quite tired. bedding is excellent. room size is big for NYC.

The room was a little small and could have had better lighting, but overall great experience! The staff was great and the building was accessible to major parts of the city.
