Our checkout experience was also unacceptable. Despite paying ahead of time they attempted to charge us again for the room and at a different rate."

We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! Comfortable, convenient, fantastic staff, drop dead gorgeous property, excellent amenities. Yes, it's heavy on the tab, but you feel like it worth every $ you spend. We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was a nice way to treat ourselves before the long...

"The ladies who helped us at check in were fantastic, very friendly. Location is great, our room was excellent. Large room for four adults. We had tons of space for our luggage and my mom’s mobility scooter. Great view from our room. It was expensive but worth it for the space and location. My only complaint was the bartender in the bar on site. He was incredibly rude to us, we did not even stay for a drink."
