no drinking cup in the room, they give you a bottle of water to refill but the water cooler was empty and or operated at a trickle. Long line in mornings to pay for a coffee or breakfast. Staff was too "cool" to be helpful.

Great location near Broadway theaters and Times Square! Great staff and very commendable accommodations. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit to Broadway and Times Square!

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
In the morning I couldn't receive a receipt that I needed because nobody was there in the front desk. And still haven't been shared after 5 hours passed from the check out time ended. The room was not like the one originally promised to have. Dissappointing.
