I was very happy with my stay . They upgraded my room to a suite . The king bed was so comfortable. Maid was very nice. Because I was a solo traveller they included lunch at a nearby deli. Loved my stay ! Not first time at the Edison.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Was chaotic while checking in. The hotel definitely is not prepared to handle large crowds and the elevator system takes forever for a large number of requests. The rooms are good for NYC standards and the bar was nice.

All the major characteristics were excellent or very good. Restaurant was especially convenient and reasonably priced. PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
Loved my stay! The coffee shop, rooftop bar, club, all the amenities were wonderful. Hotel was beautiful, I went with the higher floor and did not regret it. Would book again and again.

Pod Times Square
My wife and I had booked a Queen-size bed but were given an uncomfortable Full-size one instead, in a very cramped space. Neither of us slept very well, but we were given another room with a Queen mattress for our second night’s stay.
