Empire Hotel
Great location to the Lincoln Center. The property condition is pretty rough and neglected. Elevators need more atte tion on a daily basis as they were dirty our whole 4 night stay. The bathroom in our room was horrendous. Floor flooded and it looks like a gas station facility.

The Lucerne Hotel
The Lucerne was in a wonderful location, very walkable to food, subway, Natural History Museum and Central Park. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and there daily housekeeping. We would definitely stay here again.
