"Needs serious improvements to be considered a “four star hotel”. It’s a 1 star hotel. Staff were nice, though. I ended up canceling my reservation upon arrival due to the lack of cleanliness in the room."

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
"Room was small even when we upgraded to the executive. Also expensive and aged. The bathroom fixtures and TV were particularly dated. The ‘free’ breakfast wasn’t really a free breakfast but instead a bagel and a cup of coffee. I paid a lot for this stay and was very disappointed."

"Hotel is great. It’s in one of the most congested parts of New York. The rooms are well maintained, and if you leave the air conditioner on, you won’t hear the city streets. The only problem was the elevators are so, so, so slow."

"Good location, takes a day or two to get used to. Feels very cold in appearance almost like ur in a prison setting. Under beds super dirty so kicked up my allergies. Did have a blow dryer there although a review I had seen said they had no blow dryers. Housekeeping kept up with daily pick up and ..."
