"Breakfast was Luke warm / not much bread left for toast as I assumed that most items were consumed by an overnight coach tour party staying overnight with earlyish departure. One staff member on duty probably having to cover for restaurant In the room which was ok the only problem was when you empty the wash basin the waste water came up the bath plug hole"

"I had a very pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the comfort and service provided. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and clearly lives up to its rating. The room was nicely arranged, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One small thing I did miss was having complimentary water bottles in the room, as this is something I’ve usually found helpful during my stays elsewhere. Additionally, a slight improvement could be made in the cleanliness just outside the building....

"This place was a dump. It smelled if sewage and the owner/manager was rude and arrogant. He sent an invoice for GBP20 for an early check-in, we were there an hour early, he gave us the key and never said a thing; good luck with that !!!. The menu was pathetic. We didn't eat there at all. Horrible experience. The room was very clean as was the bathroom, but the sewage smell was unbearable. Never again, whoever owns this place needs a new manager, if the manager is the owner this place can't...

"Staff were good. Poor nights sleep though as the room we had on the upper floor was far too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in ( not sure how people cope in summer as it was 10 degrees outside) . No other rooms available as there was a wedding going on at the hotel .They had already provided a fan in the room ( so they must know about the issue) which we had to use all night as well as keep the Juliette balcony door open. Food in the restaurant was ok but service and staff were very good. Leaving...
