Pretty everything was great, perfect holiday, stayed only 2 nights but will definitely come back and stay longer. The location is great and the food as well, the staff makes you feel special and taken care of. Perfect island to relax and forget about daily routine.

Excellent hotel & amazing staff who go the extra mile. The cleanliness of the rooms & general areas excellent. Pillow menu not quite but an excellent choice of pillows available. The only downside & it’s a small one is the poor quality of the WiFi. It perhaps is stronger nearer the main building but we were in one of the Sanctuary room which are the furthest away from the main buildings. The food is amazing as are the drinks. Breakfast brings Chef Andy with his basket of freshly baked pastries.

Outstanding

Beautiful place in an amazing location but above all the staff were above and beyond. The breakfast chef, the waitresses at breakfast and the especially the bar man Dalston. They really made our trip. Should have stayed longer.

This hotel came highly recommended by friends and I am very happy to repeat those recommendations. Lush garden environment with many interesting plants. Extensive variety of birds and small (harmless) creatures. Great staff, a desk which is open until late every day. The owner is on site daily and is totally approachable.Ground floor rooms have immediate access to the beach and pool. Upper floor rooms seem suspended just below the tree canopy. Rooms have all you need including AC, basic cooking,...

We loved this hotel, it's a gem of a place. Run with care and attention to detail, the overall ambience is pretty special. Gorgeous setting in a truly historic dock area. Rooms are respectful of the original colonial architecture and so have a lovely loft/warehouse type feel. It's quietly classy without trying too hard, eg it's an easy place to relax in, laid back while respectful if that makes sense. Nelsons dockyard is a lovely place to wander around, beautifully preserved and easy to see...

Beautiful resort. Some of the best beaches we have ever seen. Staff were so helpful and friendly. It was very quiet when we were there at the end of October but I guess that’s just the season. We had. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite with lounge diner and wraparound balcony. The accommodation was immaculately clean and cleaned twice daily. We’d recommend it.

What can I say that you don't get from other descriptions? The beds around the infinity pool are the most comfortable I have ever relaxed on. The staff are fantastic and its worth chatting to them and getting to know them. The private boat to the little island is superb and the towels and dressing gowns are very smart. Great cocktails. It was relatively quite when we were there. Enjoyed the workout with coach Tango at 10am in the morning.

We were a little sceptical about Galleon Beach Resort due to limited reviews but we did not regret booking. Upon arrival Talia showed us down to Sea Breeze - cottage number 10. She left a welcome sheet providing her mobile number incase we needed it, numbers of taxis etc. The cottage was beautiful with a living area with two small couches, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge water cooler and 2 plate hob. We had two large bedrooms, the Master with ensuite, plus a...

I love hotel

When we arrived, the hotel was less than two weeks old so everything was new new new! Which I absolutely loved. The downside is they didn’t tell us the hotel would only be at 30% capacity to train the team so the ‘party’ Element was definitely lacking. Also the team were quite untrained at the time with bar staff no knowing what Prosecco is or just the basic cocktails from their own menu. The entertainment staff were UNREALL!! So good and so full of energy throughout! We had the butler service...

First people we met were there for four and two weeks and had been on many previous locations - a good start. What a fabulous location, direct access to the beach and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Friendly staff looking after the beach every day and cleaning the rooms. The apartments are a little dated but the bed was comfortable, excellent air conditioning and the kitchen perfectly adequate. Good cocktail bar and restaurant next door.

Fantastic holiday. Perfect for us as a couple. Relaxing.

Great location right by the harbour in a historic place.

Beautiful peaceful location and plenty of areas to relax so does not feel crowded. Right on a small but lovely sandy beach. Attentive pleasant staff.

Great place to stay. Nice room. Restaurant, pool, views all very good. The only thing that might bother some people is the location- it's a fair walk down to the beach at Dickenson Bay, and a tough climb back up. If you have a hire car, it's not an issue, but we didn't, and for example needed a taxi to get anywhere, eg into St Johns.

We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to. Its location in Falmouth harbour is fantastic with so much to explore! Collette was brilliant and so helpful with everything with fantastic communication before, during and after the trip. We will definitely be back! (Family of 4 with...

We've had a difficult few months and needed a place to recharge our batteries. We found the perfect place! Beautiful beach inviting to just beeeing - ordering cappuccinos and pina coladas and several times we opted to eat our lunch on the beach rather in the restaurant (which is on the beach anyway). It's so lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay and our two sons (19 and 14) enjoyed borrowing the paddling boards and kayak. There's a free boat to Nelson's...

We loved this place. Handy for St John’s and the airport. Lovely gardens all around. Well cooled by trade winds blowing through the apartments (if you leave the windows open). And a friendly atmosphere led by the manager. Good food and friendly service in the restaurant, too.
