"There was nowhere to unload from your vehicle as hotel faces onto main road. Staff seemed unhappy and not particularly helpful. Coffee in restaurant was very poor quality and they only serve pizza. Room was very small and the furniture was tatty. Location however was convenient for Westfield shopping and abba voyage. Would probably stay elsewhere if returning to the area. "

The room was clean organized with multiple facilities. I really enjoyed my stay there and I would think of booking again in this hotel when I come again to London."
