"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast."

It was clear that there was a strong scent of marijuana throughout the third floor and I was appalled that some guests were entering the property after 10pm holding children that were passed out and reeking of the smell of marijuana. "My stay was nice. The room was cool, the beds and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and kind getting me checked in. Buuuut…. The pool looked like a swamp. There was an oily film over the water and the color of the way looked like a few dozen homeless people had bathed in it. It was absolutely disgusting. So the only way this hotel can improve in my experience is to CLEAN THE DAMN POOL!"

Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. "The elevator is not working and I was on the 3rd floor. The carpeting was worn and not very clean. The lobby and hallway were hot. Breakfast was small muffins, cereal and waffles. The steam is safe, across from an indoor mall. The bed was lumpy, but i have to admitted the sheets and towels looked brand new. For the price it's not bad for a night or 2."

"The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The...
