"The hotel was very okay and underwhelming. The front desk people were not particularly friendly or attentive, but the room was clean, surprisingly spacious and did the job. The room had several (mostly minor) maintenance issues that should be addressed- the bathroom door handle was so loose it was almost falling out, paint peeling in the bathroom, part of shower head loose, a couple spider webs along the ceiling/wall corner, and there was toilet paper stuffed in the front door peep hole that was not removed from a previous guest."

"Excellent location but that staff is what makes this property so exceptional. They allowed me an early check in and very late checkout at no extra cost. The lobby is very comfortable for working, great breakfast and coffee available all day. Walking distance to alot of great restaurants in Brookline."
