Extremely helpful and always ready to help. I lost my earpods in the hotel and they were able to get it delivered to my local contact in Beijing on the same day that I contacted them. The staff at the shop too is very good - my children enjoyed many hours of bottle painting there. "

"We didn’t actually stay here due to the plumbing issue so they put us in their sister hotel nearby. They were very helpful in making sure that we were satisfied. They were still our first contact. Our room in the sister hotel had slow drain and Smokey smell due to someone smoking in the fire scape. They managed to move us right away and even put us in a bigger room. Overall the management was very accommodating to our needs and they even threw a free breakfast for our 5 night stay. Location is near a subway station and there are a lot of local restaurants nearby. "
