Hotel dekat Nicole Hornstein Equestrian Park

"Love the property."

"When I arrived to check in on October 15, the gentleman at the front desk told me he was sorry, but there were no rooms available with two beds. I explained that my reservation was for two beds and showed him my confirmation online, which clearly stated that. He told me the only option available was a king bed and a sofa bed. I declined because that was not what I had reserved or paid for. He then called the assistant manager on duty. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, did not answer my...

"The staff was on top of their game! Exceptional! Thank you so much for the hospitality!"

"Since they have lo This is not a typical hotel. Housekeeping costs extra, and you have to take your sheets and towels to the office to get clean ones. The rooms have kitchens, and the property allows extended stays. The noise at night and the strong cooking smells are unbearable. Nene again."

"I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! It’s very family-friendly, and I really appreciated that it’s a smoke-free environment. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. I had a little issue during my stay, but Ms. Ethel was able to accommodate me at the last minute, and I really appreciated his help. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Five out of five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Staff was patient and informative about construction inside the hotel. Very accommodative"

"This was an awful stay. The hotel looks as if it was being repaired but didn’t find out until we arrived at the property. Breakfast is advertised but provided a sack breakfast which was awful. Found puddles of water in the bathroom from leaks when we arrived. We asked to change rooms but were told we could not. If you’re planning to stay within the next couple of months, think again…"

"Overall the property and room was clean but there was a ceiling leak which was dripping water onto one of the beds. We were not able to get ahold of a manager to address the issue that night or in the morning at checkout. I am still waiting on contact from the management team to determine how this will be addressed on the final bill."

"The location was amazing, we loved walking along the path out back and getting to downtown without needing a vehicle."

"Pool was good. Rooms didn't feel crowded."

"Property was disgusting. Broken table, dirty couch and chairs, floors were dirty, stuff on walls and on tub, and there were bugs in our room,"
