"Lovely clean hotel in a good location! Good amenities. Only downside was tea and coffee in rooms, never enough of anything for 2 people only 2 teabags, 2 sugars and 2 coffees given daily so basically 1 cup of coffee per person per day. Even on asking staff was just given single of everything! Felt like we were on rations!"

"Great stay in the best area in Brussels. Close to all major attractions without being in a crowded area. Breakfast was very good and overall a very good quality service, rooms and amenities."

"The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. There were 2 sinks but one only had a dribble of water coming out. The finish on the tiling around the sinks and the boarding behind the toilet seat were clearly suffering from wear and tear. "My husband and I and my sister’s family like the hotel and the staffs were very helpful. The only suggestion is no towel rack/handle to put the towel."

"The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever."
