"服務很貼心細緻，令我們覺得有被細心照顧著的溫暖感受。 我們的房間在4樓，能看到美麗的湖景，要離開時真是感到依依不捨。 飯店裡沒有電梯，要爬的樓梯不少，但是上下樓有服務人員幫我們搬行李。 這次住二晚，細細遊覽奧日光景色，非常美好的回憶。下次再來玩還會選擇這裡。"

"Superior Room: lovely big space, with western style beds and traditional tatami mat lounge area that can be sectioned off by sliding panels. Aircon a little bit iffy, but mostly worked with a bit of fiddling about, supplemented by opening windows a bit. Quiet, even with windows open – just the soothing sound of the river. Lovely bathroom with twin wash basins, and private shower and lovely hot onsen bath on a private balcony. Large key locked safe in room. Comfy beds with two pillows available...

"The staffwas friendly and accommodating. Talking on the phone was difficult due to language barrier, but there were a couple English speakers on staff that were able to assist us. The location was perfect. The property is on a cliff overlooking the lake and theres a suspension bridge behind it. Mountain views everywhere. Breakfast was good. I loved our room. "I think very few gaijin go this far out. Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. "Conveniently located near the Nikko Toshogu Shrine and loved the private onsen. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Walkable to the main town and bus stops for sites (eg to Chuzenji) are very close.
