We stayed here bc hotels.com didn’t actually make my reservation when I did so we found out on the flight from Seattle to Kona that we didn’t have a place to stay. 2 stars for hotels.com bc the customer service was helpful (this time) but this is the second time this has happened. "Clean and private cabin within earshot of waterfall and a million coqui frogs. Friendly and helpful staff provided all we needed for a relaxing stay. The only negative we experienced was the poor WiFi, which we needed for trip planning and checkout."

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"Wonderful host, clean room and grounds - pretty ocean view with lots of bird species to watch from the patio. Very easy check-in and fantastic communication with the host. Fresh fruit and homemade cookies too! We would definitely come back and recommend it to other travelers."
